Innovise is the combination of businesses that have been acquired since 2004. The underlying businesses were started over the past several decades and operated independently prior to joining Innovise.

Over the years, the company has grown through merging and acquisition.

2004

Company acquired assets of EBS (Timegate & Rotawin)

2005

Company acquired Innovise Software. Company created a Joint Venture to form Personnel Automated Software Screening Ltd (PASS).

2006

Company merged with Contemporary Enterprises plc and become AiM listed. Company acquired the assets of FM Workshop.

2007

Company adopted Innovise as its group name. Company formed a services division and acquired Abilitec Holdings and Data Technology plc into its new division.

2008

Company acquired Roster Management Ltd (RoleCall)

2009

Company acquired Rapidhost, Harbrook Consultants & Infrasolve.

2010

Company acquired the assets of Pivetal (Cortex) and acquired the software division of Expolink Europe (including Maximiser, Staffcheck, Databoost). Innovise acquired Identifile (Identifile and Visage)

2015

Company divested its services division (Innovise ESM, now Engage ESM) to concentrate on its two software divisions; Innovise Software and Cortex
